William F. McNeil

William F. McNeil is an award-winning baseball historian with a passion for bringing little known baseball facts to light. He has written over a dozen baseball books, including Black Baseball Out of Season, Baseball’s Other All-Stars, and The Evolution of Pitching in Major League Baseball. A member of the Society for Baseball Research, McNeil has been a four-time recipient of the Robert Peterson Award. He lives in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
